Unfortunately over the past 6 months we have had an increase in no shows and or last minute cancellations. As a small business this impacts us greatly, and for our clients also, as we have more often than not had to turn people away that could have had that appointment time. 

It is due to this that we will be implementing a 50% deposit on ALL bookings made online, in person and over the phone from the 1st of September 2022.

During these uncertain times we completely understand that there is sickness all around and we absolutely prefer you to reschedule your appointment if you are unwell, however we do ask that this be done at least 6 hours (where possible) before your appointment time so we are able to try and fill that time slot. 

We understand that it is not always during the day and sometimes outside of our opening hours when you become unwell or something comes up so we have made it available to you to be able to reschedule your appointment online through our booking system and the confirmation email that you receive after making a booking. It is very simple, go into your confirmation email and click on the part that says " View or change my appointment" and from there you can follow the prompts to either confirm your booking, change your booking or cancel your booking.
 
All other cancellations and no shows will forfeit the 50% deposit.
We hope you can appreciate the necessity of this policy as a small business and we thank you for your on going support and cooperation.

Policy

Effective from 1st September 2022

No cancellations or changes allowed within 6 hours of the appointment.
If you need to reschedule please log in and you are able to do this online, you will be able to do this up until 6 hours before your appointment.
We require 12 hours notice for cancellations, if you cancel with less than 12 hours notice you will forfeit your 50% deposit.
Please note; we require a 50% deposit to be paid for all treatments made online, in person or over the phone.
If you do not turn up to your appointment, you will forfeit your 50% deposit.

Please consider us and others and phone ahead or change your appointment online if you can not make your appointment.
